About Tillkoo

Between Worlds

Tillkoo is an independent Australian creative studio and publishing house dedicated to building original worlds through storytelling, illustration, photography, design, and imagination.

Every Tillkoo creation begins the same way: with an original idea and a pen.

From those first hand-drawn designs, our characters, creatures, landscapes, and adventures evolve into books, artwork, merchandise, educational experiences, and immersive worlds designed to inspire curiosity in readers of all ages.

At the heart of Tillkoo is a simple belief:

The greatest adventures begin with imagination.

Our stories invite you to step beyond the ordinary and discover remarkable places where exploration, friendship, wonder, and discovery come together. Whether you're reading a children's adventure, exploring one of our activity books, collecting artwork, or following the expanding Tillkoo universe, every creation is part of a much larger world waiting to be explored.

Founded by Australian creator Daren Russell, Tillkoo combines decades of creative experience across illustration, photography, design, publishing, and storytelling into a single growing universe. Every character, world, and concept has been developed as original intellectual property, carefully crafted with a long-term vision for books, education, merchandise, and future entertainment.

Today, Tillkoo continues to grow one story at a time.

Welcome to a place where imagination has no boundaries.

Welcome to Tillkoo.
